Work Packages¶
Work packages are the primary operating pages in this wiki. The collaboration-mode logic now sits one layer lower as a compact reference, not a separate front door. A good work-package page should still answer both "what are we trying to do?" and "what collaboration motion makes sense right now?"
They are the unit that should connect:
- a real RapidDraft problem
- a specific technical scope
- an expected deliverable
- a set of candidate people or labs
- a next-action path
- a default collaboration mode

Collaboration Modes¶
Use Collaboration Modes to choose the lightest execution shape that can still move the package forward. That page owns the mode definitions. This page only needs to name the default mode for each work package and make sure the technical scope is sharp enough to justify it.

What Does Not Belong Here¶
- long biographies of professors
- generic institution summaries
- broad ecosystem notes with no immediate work implication
Open Questions¶
- Which of the new work packages should be promoted to first-wave opportunities versus second-wave opportunities?
- Should WP-06 remain separate from WP-03 long term, or collapse back into it if the collaboration lanes converge?
- Which work packages need advisory-first execution instead of thesis-first execution?
