TextCAD Product Wiki

Last updated: April 2026
Owner: Adeel
Purpose: Single source of truth for product thinking, research, and decisions across the TextCAD portfolio.

Daily Use

This wiki is organized as a small number of stable top-level sections. The sidebar is the fastest way to move between them, while each section home explains what is current versus what is more reference-oriented.

Current Work / Frequent Destinations

How to Use This Wiki

Each main section has a home page and a source trail:

  • _INDEX.md pages are the reader-facing entry points
  • _sources/ folders hold the raw source material or supporting research that pages were synthesized from
  • _Archive/ holds superseded snapshots and older exports that should not drive current decisions

For daily use, start from the relevant section home rather than browsing _sources/ directly.

Product vs Network Split

This Product Wiki keeps product reasoning, technical architecture, coding progress, and product management. The Network & GTM Wiki keeps people, companies, meetings, pilots, target accounts, outreach, funding programs, events, and EspoCRM operating context.

Projects at a Glance

# Project Status One-line summary
01 RapidDraft Active AI-assisted CAD review companion for NX/Teamcenter workflows
02 RapidDraft Studio Vision stage AI-first engineering workflow IDE for longer-term orchestration
03 Fatigue Agent Scoped, not started Fatigue post-processing and reporting agent for engineering teams
04 DFM Research Active Rules-based and vision-assisted manufacturability intelligence
05 Autonomous CAE Exploration Research into pre-mesh simplification and simulation autonomy
06 Infrastructure Research Reference CAD SDK, labeling, and technical knowledge-base infrastructure

How the Projects Relate

RapidDraft Studio (long-term orchestration layer)
builds on RapidDraft, DFM Research, and Infrastructure

RapidDraft Core (current commercial focus)
uses DFM Research and Infrastructure directly

Fatigue Agent
shares buyer logic with RapidDraft, but is a separate product lane

Autonomous CAE
stays in research until the geometry and autonomy work is mature enough

RapidDraft remains the current commercial center of gravity. DFM Research and Infrastructure feed it directly, while Studio and Autonomous CAE remain longer-horizon bets.
