Authoring Guide¶
Use this page only when you are creating or reshaping content. Start from a real example first, and drop to the blank templates only when you need a fallback skeleton.
Create The Smallest Useful Page¶
| If You Need To Capture... | Create... | Start From An Example |
|---|---|---|
| a durable RapidDraft problem or research wedge | a focus-area page | Drawing Intelligence |
| a reusable technical collaboration unit | a work-package page | WP-01 Drawing Tolerance Extraction |
| a live ask, next step, or outreach path | an opportunity page | Opp-01 TUM CCBE Drawing Thesis |
| a person or lab needed for action | a lead page | Dr. Stavros Nousias or TUM CCBE AI4CADCAM |
Minimal Authoring Rules¶
- Start from a work package whenever the content could plausibly become an action.
- Link upward and downward: focus area -> work package -> opportunity or lead.
- Keep institutions thin and keep long-tail names in the register until they justify action.
- Put dated next steps on execution pages, not on every informational page.
- If a page only repeats source text without changing a decision, keep it in resources instead.
Blank Reference Templates¶
These are intentionally demoted support material, not primary entry points.
| Template | Use For |
|---|---|
| Work Package Reference Template | technical and collaboration unit |
| Opportunity Reference Template | active path to outreach, pilot, thesis, or grant motion |
| Person Reference Template | CRM and Apollo-ready individual record |
| Lab Reference Template | lightweight capability container |
Open Questions¶
- Do we want template frontmatter to be enforced later by scripts or CI?
- Should the next pass add one canonical example each for second-wave opportunity and lab-led routing?
