NDA (short)¶
Mutual NDA same date — 2-year term, 5-year confidentiality on disclosures. Covers drawings, CAD, workflows, models. Use only to evaluate pilot. Drawings remain customer property.
Suggested pilot (8–12 weeks)¶

Out of scope for pilot 1: full EPLAN sync, EMPB automation, functional safety certification.
