How to Use This Wiki¶
Status: Editorial guide for this surface
Authority: Wiki surface plan (plan draft) and current contract claim rules
Last reviewed: 2026-08-14
Question¶
How should a reader use Drawing Lab pages without over-claiming results?
Short answer¶
Read the status note first. Read the short answer next. Treat lower-authority sources as labelled claims. Use Status Vocabulary when a page says implemented, verified, validated, or accepted. Open Vectorization only when you need deeper vector method detail.
Source hierarchy¶
Use sources in this order.
| Rank | Authority | Use |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Accepted decision | Binding architecture and product boundaries |
| 2 | Current implementation contract | Current algorithm names, inputs, outputs, and stage ownership |
| 3 | Strategy freeze or handover | Why the route changed and what work was retained |
| 4 | Plan draft | Intended work that is not implemented |
| 5 | Evaluation evidence | Measured results and review observations |
| 6 | Work-in-progress architecture | Recent material not merged into accepted project-management state |
| 7 | Historical tracking | Historical status only |
| 8 | Existing wiki surface | Curated context and deep links |
If two sources conflict, this wiki shows the conflict and its dates. This wiki does not silently upgrade a plan to an implemented capability.

What this wiki is not¶
This wiki is not an API reference. This wiki is not a commit tracker. This wiki is not a copy of all dated plans and handovers. This wiki does not list source files as the main product story.
Open Questions¶
- Should later pages add a compact authority badge in the navigation itself?
