Question¶
Why do vector and dimension methods stay independently reviewable?
Short answer¶
Combined overlays hid disagreement. Independent methods keep provenance honest. Drawing Lab does not automatically fuse providers or geometry sources.
What we tried¶
Combined overlays across appearance and geometry methods. Automatic fusion ideas for table providers and dimension geometry sources.
Why independent comparison helped¶
A reviewer can see which method produced which evidence. Disagreement stays visible. Cache reuse and timing stay attributable to one method.
Why fusion stopped as policy¶
Automatic fusion implied a 1:1 match that the evidence did not support. Outline and ridge or centreline evidence are different claims. Table providers also stay separate and share one verifier instead of a merged silent score.
What we retained¶
- Independently visible table providers
- Independently visible dimension geometry methods
- Shared verifier and review rail for tables
- No automatic fusion of geometry-source candidates
- Deep vector technique detail in Vectorization
