RapidDraft Operations¶
Last updated: April 2026 Purpose: Home for internal operating notes, expert conversations, and workflow feedback that materially shaped RapidDraft.
What belongs here¶
This section is the canonical home for RapidDraft meeting summaries and operating feedback.
The rule is simple:
- Meeting summaries live here when they capture durable product, workflow, pilot, or go-to-market insight.
- Raw source files stay in source locations or supporting
_sourcesfolders. - Other pages may cite a meeting when it supports a specific argument, but the meeting summary itself should still live in this section.
Current meeting notes¶
- First RapidDraft Workshop: Strategy and Execution - canonical combined note for the two connected workshop sessions covering company direction, product boundaries, technical priorities, pilots, pricing, deployment, and founder constraints
- Meeting with Julio - early expert feedback on DFM, drawing review, and market fit

Why this section matters¶
RapidDraft has a lot of product thinking spread across market research, specs, and target-company work. This operations section is where direct human feedback is kept together, so it is easier to trace how specific workflow pain shaped the current wedge.
