How To Use This Wiki

This wiki is a relationship and market operating system, not a raw archive.

For daily work, start from the dashboard, then follow the entity pages:

1. Use Current Pipeline to see active company and pilot work.
2. Use People and Companies to understand who matters.
3. Use Meetings for conversation history.
4. Use Outreach and CRM for repeatable follow-up workflows.

EspoCRM should hold operational CRM state: contact fields, email, owner, pipeline stage, task due date, and next follow-up. This wiki should hold the thinking layer: why the relationship matters, what was learned, account strategy, pilot hypothesis, and source-backed context.

Source Policy

Do not delete original files while migrating. Prefer source references first, then copy source files only when there is a deliberate archival reason.

Page Policy

Pages should synthesize, not transcribe. A useful page should answer: why this matters, what is known, what is uncertain, what happened most recently, and what should happen next.
