EspoCRM is the operational CRM. The Network Wiki is the strategic memory.

Use EspoCRM for structured fields and live work:

  • contact and account records
  • pipeline stage
  • owner
  • email and phone
  • next follow-up date
  • task reminders
  • activity history

Use this wiki for context and judgment:

  • why the person or company matters
  • what was learned in meetings
  • relationship map
  • pilot hypothesis
  • account strategy
  • risks, open questions, and next conversation angle

Each important person or company page should eventually include an EspoCRM link when one exists.

Operating Rule

If a fact changes weekly, put it in EspoCRM. If an insight should still matter in six months, put it in the wiki.
