Bauer RAG V1 / V2 / V3 / V4 benchmark

Status: Current five-case repair and historical four-way development evidence complete

Historical suite: Same 30 interim-reviewed public development prompts, one run per Agent

Decision: V4 remains a private shadow. This is development evidence, not production promotion.

Current V4 answer-quality repair — live five-case result

Engineering gate: PASS (5/5)

Runtime: actual private LibreChat V4 Agent using DeepSeek

Boundary: private shadow only; active-release pointer empty; owner acceptance pending

This is the current answer-quality evidence. Five cases were selected by a fixed seeded random choice from the public B01-B30 development set. Repaired V4 was run live through LibreChat and compared with the preserved V1, V2, V3, and historical V4 outputs. A case passed only if it fulfilled the whole task, was factually complete, used the requested shape, cited its claims, passed V4 validation, and required zero repair. Merely returning text or matching tokens was not a pass.

What the result means:

  • B06 gives the 525-bar compressor maximum, distinguishes 520-bar boosters, and explains the shutdown-pressure wording.
  • B17 returns one correct BM 6.1/100-15 row with metric and imperial values and no neighboring-row contamination.
  • B10 distinguishes stationary i/s from mobile m, includes measurements and integrated data logging, and reconciles 450 versus 420 bar by source scope and date.
  • B19 returns both pressure limits and every gas-specific flow range without inventing a thermodynamic explanation.
  • B03 completes the synthetic-project comparison while explicitly preserving the synthetic-data and engineering-approval boundary.

Prompt: Based only on the uploaded public Bauer documents, what is the highest documented maximum operating pressure for a Bauer compressor? Name the applicable product families, distinguish compressors from boosters, and cite the exact source page or section. Also explain the difference between maximum operating pressure and shutdown pressure if the source makes that distinction. Do not assume that the most frequently retrieved pressure is the maximum.

The highest documented maximum operating pressure for a BAUER compressor in the authorized evidence is **525 bar**.

Prompt: Compare B-DETECTION PLUS i/s with B-DETECTION PLUS m for a stationary fire-brigade filling station. Explain which is stationary and which is mobile, what they measure, their logging capabilities, and their documented pressure range. One public product page mentions 420 bar while a newer brochure describes options up to 450 bar. Explain the difference using source dates and wording instead of silently selecting one value.

For a stationary fire-brigade filling station, **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s is the stationary system**; **B-DETECTION PLUS m is the mobile system**.

## Why the two documented pressure values differ
The 2025-03 brochure uses the scoped wording “options up to 450 bar final pressure” for the new-generation i/s configuration. The public product evidence gives “maximum documented pressure: 420 bar” for B-DETECTION PLUS m. They differ by product scope and wording, so the i/s option must not be silently applied to the mobile system.

Historical 2026-07-29 four-way development benchmark

The complete 30-case four-way benchmark below is retained unchanged as historical evidence. Its V4 column predates the answer-quality repair above.

This is the single current comparison view. It used exactly one browser-shaped login, normal in-session bearer refresh, a fresh conversation for every observation, and the exact visible assistant text returned by V1, V2, V3, and V4. The benchmark harness read only the public B01-B30 development manifest and reports locked_holdout_opened: false.

Holdout process warning: the wider implementation task's holdout boundary was contaminated by accidental exposure to combined gold/holdout-linked entries. These development results are not sealed-holdout evidence; promotion requires a freshly resealed holdout and independent run.

Capture integrity: 1 login · 19 in-session refreshes · 118/120 visible answers retained · 120/120 temporary conversations deleted · 0 authorization-scope violations.

**(2) The closest synthetic previous-project record and why it matches**

The closest synthetic project record is **SYN-BK-BA-420-320** (“Synthetic breathing-air filling package 420 bar / 320 l/min”). It matches the user’s requirements in the following ways:

- **Medium**: breathing air (matches DIN EN 12021 requirement)
- **Pressure**: 420 bar (exceeds the 300 bar target, allowing operation at 300 bar with margin)
- **Capacity**: 320 l/min (above the implied ~200 l/min needed for 300-bar filling of multiple cylinders)
- **Topology**: “compressor and filling station” with air-cooling, indoor skid installation
- **Control & monitoring**: includes B-CONTROL MICRO and synthetic purification/monitoring package
- **Storage/filling package**: synthetic 420-bar storage and filling package (analogous to buffer storage)
- **Standards**: CE demo assumption and four-eyes engineering review required (consistent with professional-grade systems)

*Note: This project is synthetic demo data and not confirmed Bauer internal master data.*

**(3) Open engineering questions that must be confirmed before selecting or quoting a system*

1. **Required filling rate / number of cylinders per hour**: To size the compressor capacity and buffer storage correctly (e.g., 300-bar cylinder volume, refill frequency, peak demand).
2. **Ambient conditions**: Indoor/outdoor installation, ambient temperature range, and ventilation—critical for cooling and B-AEROGUARD CO₂ performance.
3. **Intake air quality**: CO₂ and CO levels in ambient air determine whether B-AEROGUARD or additional pre-filtration is mandatory for DIN EN 12021 compliance.
4. **Buffer storage volume**: Required buffer size to support continuous filling without compressor cycling; depends on cylinder size and refill rate.
5. **Electrical supply**: Voltage, phase, frequency, and available power capacity (e.g., 400 V/50 Hz or 480 V/60 Hz).
6. **Remote monitoring requirements**: Whether B-CLOUD/B-APP integration and alarm notifications are needed.
7. **Service access and footprint constraints**: Skid dimensions and clearance requirements for maintenance.
8. **Certification scope**: Whether the system must be certified to local pressure equipment directives (PED 2014/68/EU) or national fire-safety standards.
### (1) Bauer products and capabilities confirmed by the uploaded public Bauer documents

- **Breathing-air compressors for 300 bar**: The PE-MVE and PE-VE (350 bar) stationary compressors are explicitly designed for continuous operation and breathing air applications, with final pressures up to 350 bar and capacities up to 850 l/min ([V2-2], [V2-3]).
- **DIN EN 12021 compliance**: BAUER compressors supply breathing air in compliance with DIN EN 12021:2014, supported by purification systems (cartridge filters, refrigerant dryers, CO₂ removal) and monitoring ([V2-1], [V2-2]).
- **Online air-quality monitoring**: The B-DETECTION PLUS system provides continuous monitoring of CO, CO₂, O₂, oil (VOC), and humidity against DIN EN 12021:2014 limits; it can automatically discharge contaminated air or shut down the system if limits are exceeded ([V2-3], [V2-4]).
- **Buffer/storage solutions**: High-pressure storage systems rated for 200/300 bar are available as vertical cylinder banks with manifolds, pressure gauges, and ball valves; they are transportable per TPED ([V2-3]).
- **Filling accessories**: T-connectors and adapters for breathing air at 300 bar (order numbers N44186, N44211, 66939) support integration of monitoring and filling ([V2-1], [V2-2]).

### (2) Closest synthetic previous-project record and why it matches

The closest synthetic project record is **SYN-BK-BA-300-320** (“Synthetic breathing-air filling package 300 bar / 320 l/min”) ([V2-1]).
- **Match reasons**:
  - Medium: *breathing air* (hard constraint satisfied)
  - Pressure: 300 bar (exact match)
  - Capacity: 320 l/min (above typical fire brigade demand for continuous filling)
  - Topology: *compressor and filling station* (stationary skid-mounted)
  - Purification & monitoring: includes a *synthetic breathing-air purification and monitoring package*
  - Application sector: *breathing air / diving* (directly applicable to fire service)
- **Why it is the best match**: It is the only synthetic project in the demo that satisfies both the 300-bar pressure and *breathing air* medium constraints without exclusion. Other projects were excluded due to medium mismatch (e.g., “air” vs “breathing air”) or insufficient pressure.

> ⚠️ **Disclaimer**: This project is synthetic demo data and is not confirmed Bauer Kompressoren master data.

### (3) Open engineering questions that must be confirmed before selecting or quoting a system

1. **Required filling rate / throughput**: The user specified “300-bar cylinders” but not how many cylinders per hour or total air demand (l/min). The PE-VE (up to 850 l/min) or PE-MVE (up to 300 l/min) selection depends on this.
2. **Buffer storage volume**: The ideal storage size depends on compressor capacity and duty cycle; BAUER recommends ≤60 bar hysteresis for continuous operation and limits cycles to 2–4/hour ([V2-3]). The exact storage volume (l) must be sized accordingly.
3. **Ambient conditions**: Installation environment (indoor/outdoor, temperature range, dust/humidity) affects cooling and filtration requirements.
4. **Certification scope**: While DIN EN 12021 compliance is confirmed, the user may require additional certifications (e.g., TPED for transportable storage, local pressure equipment directives, or PureAir Gold certification).
5. **Integration of B-DETECTION PLUS**: The system requires calibration gas and periodic verification; confirmation of whether the fire brigade has access to a BAUER PureAir authorized partner for annual inspections is needed ([V2-2]).
6. **Cylinder filling interface**: Confirmation of cylinder valve type (DIN vs. yoke), number of fill stations, and whether simultaneous multi-cylinder filling is required.

---

### ⚠️ Changed Attributes (Directly Affected by Pressure Increase)
| Attribute | SYN-BK-N2-365-500 | SYN-BK-N2-420-500 | Implication |
|---------|------------------|------------------|-------------|
| **Target pressure** | 365 bar | 420 bar | Requires pressure-rated components (e.g., piping, valves, vessels) |
| **Compressor model** | SYN-N2B-365 | SYN-N2B-420 | Different compressor stage design or materials to handle higher pressure |
| **Storage & filling package** | Synthetic 365-bar package | Synthetic 420-bar package | Higher-pressure-rated storage vessels, piping, and filling stations required |

---

### 🔍 Components Potentially Affected by Pressure Increase (365 → 420 bar)
*(Note: These are inferred from standard pressure-system engineering principles; not confirmed Bauer rules.)*

| Component | Potential Impact |
|----------|-----------------|
| Compressor housing & rotors | May require higher-grade alloys or thicker walls |
| High-pressure piping & fittings | Must be re-qualified for 420 bar (e.g., ISO 15548, ASME B31.3) |
| Valves (check, isolation, relief) | Must be rated ≥420 bar; relief valve setpoint may need adjustment |
| Storage vessels | Must be re-certified for 420 bar working pressure |
| Seals & gaskets | May require metal-seal or high-pressure elastomer alternatives |
| Instrumentation (pressure transmitters, gauges) | Must support 420 bar range and overpressure tolerance |
| Control system safety interlocks | May need updated pressure thresholds and shutdown logic |

---

### 📄 Documents That Should Be Reviewed
Both projects reference the same document IDs:
- **DOC-B-NITROX**
- **DOC-INDUSTRY**
- **DOC-PRODUCT-OVERVIEW**

These likely contain:
- General nitrogen booster design assumptions
- Pressure-classification guidelines
- Product family specifications (e.g., N2 Booster series limits)

Since the pressure increase crosses a threshold (365 → 420 bar), the following should be reviewed:
- **Pressure equipment design calculations** (e.g., wall thickness, fatigue, ASME VIII Div. 1/2 compliance)
- **Relief device sizing reports** (e.g., API 520/521 for overpressure scenarios)
- **Piping stress analysis reports** (if applicable)
- **Risk assessment / HAZOP documentation** (especially for overpressure scenarios)

---

### ⚠️ Assumptions Requiring Engineer’s Approval
The comparison output explicitly states:
> *“CE demo assumption”, “four-eyes engineering review required”*

Additional assumptions likely requiring formal engineering sign-off:
- **Material compatibility** at 420 bar with nitrogen (risk of embrittlement or adiabatic compression ignition)
- **Seal integrity** under cyclic pressure excursions (e.g., compressor start/stop)
- **Support structure integrity** for heavier 420-bar skid (if weight increased)
- **Electrical safety** (e.g., motor overload settings, explosion protection for higher power draw)
- **Regulatory compliance** (e.g., PED 2014/68/EU Article 3.2 for >25 bar·L vessels — 420 bar likely triggers stricter scrutiny)

---

**Disclaimer**:
All data above is derived from the synthetic demo dataset (`bauer_synthetic_demo_v1`). Project, part, and compatibility records are **not confirmed Bauer Kompressoren master data**. Engineering validation is required before implementation.

### 📄 Documents That Should Be Reviewed

Both projects reference the same document IDs:
- **DOC-B-NITROX**
- **DOC-INDUSTRY**
- **DOC-PRODUCT-OVERVIEW**

Review these for:
- Pressure rating assumptions for components (especially storage/filling package)
- Material compatibility at 420 bar
- Safety and emergency shutdown logic
- CE certification scope and conformity declarations (note: “CE demo assumption” is flagged)

---

### 🧠 Assumptions Requiring Engineer’s Approval

| Assumption | Reason for Review |
|-----------|-------------------|
| “CE demo assumption” | CE marking for 420 bar may require full conformity assessment (e.g., Notified Body involvement) |
| “Four-eyes engineering review required” | Mandatory for pressure boundary changes; must be documented |
| Synthetic filtration package compatibility | Must be verified for 420 bar operation (e.g., no particle shedding, pressure drop limits) |
| Water-cooling capacity | Higher discharge temperatures at 420 bar may challenge cooling system limits |

---

### ❌ Rejected parts (examples with reasons):

| Part ID | Reason for rejection |
|--------|----------------------|
| `SYN-P-CLG-AIR-BM100-500` | Medium mismatch (requires nitrogen), insufficient pressure rating (max 100 bar), category mismatch |
| `SYN-P-CLG-N2-365-400` | Insufficient pressure rating (max 365 bar < 420 bar), category mismatch |
| `SYN-P-CMP-AIR-BM40-500` | Medium mismatch (requires nitrogen), insufficient pressure rating (max 40 bar), category mismatch |

Parts were rejected if:
- Their **maximum pressure rating was below 420 bar** (e.g., 100 bar, 300 bar, 365 bar).
- Their **compatible media list did not include nitrogen** (e.g., only air).
- Their **category did not match SNS (sensor/transmitter)**.

The tool returned an `unknown_constraint` error because the category **“pressure transmitter”** could not be normalized — it is not recognized in the synthetic demo’s category vocabulary.

Let’s try again without specifying the category, and instead rely on the query and medium/pressure constraints to guide the search.

Based on the search results, the **best compatible synthetic part** for nitrogen at 420 bar is:

### ✅ **Part ID: `SYN-P-SNS-PRES-420`**

### 🔍 Why other parts were rejected:

The tool explicitly listed rejection reasons for several candidate parts:

| Part ID | Rejection Reason |
|--------|------------------|
| `SYN-P-CLG-AIR-BM100-500`, `BM100-800`, `BM40-500`, `BM40-800` | ❌ Medium mismatch (requires nitrogen), ❌ Insufficient pressure rating (max 40–100 bar < 420 bar), ❌ Category mismatch |
| `SYN-P-CLG-BA-300-320`, `BA-300-500` | ❌ Medium mismatch, ❌ Max pressure 300 bar < 420 bar |
| `SYN-P-CLG-BA-420-320`, `BA-420-500` | ❌ Medium mismatch (requires nitrogen) |
| `SYN-P-CLG-N2-365-400`, `N2-365-500` | ❌ Max pressure 365 bar < 420 bar (insufficient) |
| `SYN-P-CLG-N2-420-450`, `N2-420-500` | ❌ Category mismatch (requires SNS) |
| `SYN-P-CMP-AIR-…` variants | ❌ Medium mismatch, ❌ Insufficient pressure rating |

Only parts that:
- Are rated for **≥420 bar**,
- Are compatible with **nitrogen**, and
- Match the normalized category **SNS** (sensor/transmitter)

were retained. Among those, `SYN-P-SNS-PRES-420` has the highest match score (0.6841) and explicitly lists **500 bar max pressure**, satisfying the 420 bar requirement.

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
From the retrieved documents, the highest **maximum operating pressure** explicitly documented for a Bauer compressor is **420 bar**, stated in the German B-NEWS 2020-02 document:

> “reicht nicht für eine Virenneutralisation aus: Erreicht werden in einem Atemluftkompressor maximal Drücke von **420 bar**.”
> — *0029-2020-02_B-NEWS_DE_sc-00ef8bf8e9_0ad664a309b54cc7b2d50e9e4ced7609.md*, section discussing limitations of pressure-based virus inactivation.

This refers to **breathing air compressors**, and the context clarifies that **420 bar** is the *maximum pressure reached* in such units — implying it is the maximum operating pressure for those compressors.

The applicable product families mentioned in the same document and surrounding context include:
- **COMPACT-LINE** (portable breathing air compressors)
- **UNICUS 4i** (all-in-one breathing air production systems)
- Systems using **B-VIRUS FREE** filters (integrated with above families)

No explicit mention of **boosters** reaching higher pressures is found in the uploaded documents. The 420 bar figure appears specifically for **compressors**, not boosters.

### Difference between maximum operating pressure and shutdown pressure

The documents do **not** define or distinguish *shutdown pressure* versus *maximum operating pressure* in the retrieved excerpts. The only pressure-related safety reference is in the B-DETECTION PLUS system description (e.g., *0020-2018-02_B-NEWS_EN_sc-71a66b8ccd_33831d9da22044869e5f07e109625e9a.md*), where it states:

> “In an emergency, they shut down the system before any contaminated air can be filled into the breathing air cylinders.”

This implies a **shutdown function** is triggered by gas-quality exceedances, not overpressure. No explicit *shutdown pressure* (e.g., a pressure at which the compressor automatically stops for safety) is defined in the uploaded corpus.

### Summary

- **Highest documented maximum operating pressure**: **420 bar**
- **Applicable product families**: COMPACT-LINE, UNICUS 4i (breathing air compressors)
- **Compressors vs. boosters**: Only compressors are referenced at this pressure; no booster pressure data found
- **Shutdown pressure distinction**: Not defined in the uploaded documents

Let me know if you'd like me to search for technical brochures or data sheets that may contain more detailed pressure specifications.
Based on the uploaded public Bauer documents, the highest documented **maximum operating pressure** is **520 bar**, as stated in the **GIB26-SP series** water-cooled compressor family.

### Evidence:
- **Source**: *GIB26-SP series · Water-cooled compressors*, page section “Technical Data”, entry for **GIB 26.12-SP-520**
  [V2-1]
  > “GIB 26.12-SP-520 | 520 bar”
  > Footnote ²: *“Max. operating pressure = maximum set pressure of the safety valve; shutdown pressure is lower.”*

This confirms:
- The **GIB26-SP series** includes models up to **520 bar**.
- The **maximum operating pressure** is defined as the **maximum set pressure of the safety valve**.
- **Shutdown pressure** is explicitly stated to be **lower** than the maximum operating pressure.

### Compressors vs. Boosters:
- The **GIB26-SP series** is described as a **water-cooled compressor** family — not a booster. Bauer distinguishes boosters as units that increase pressure from an existing intermediate pressure (e.g., from a pre-compressor), whereas compressors like the GIB26-SP draw from ambient pressure.
- Other 420 bar units (e.g., **MINI-VERTICUS**, **PE-VE**) are also compressors (not boosters), and their maximum operating pressure is **420 bar**, as documented in:
  - *MINI-VERTICUS (420 bar) · PREMIUM LINE*, “MV 200/420”, “MV 260/420” entries
    [V2-3, V2-8]
  - *PE-VE (420 bar) · POSEIDON EDITION*, “PE250/420-VE” entry
    [V2-4]

### Shutdown Pressure Distinction:
- As noted in the GIB26-SP documentation, **shutdown pressure is lower than maximum operating pressure**, and the maximum operating pressure is defined as the **safety valve set pressure**. This implies that shutdown (e.g., automatic compressor stop or safety relief) occurs at a pressure below the safety valve’s opening pressure — likely via control system intervention (e.g., pressure switch or controller), while the safety valve serves as a final overpressure protection.

### Summary:
- **Highest documented maximum operating pressure**: **520 bar**
- **Applicable product family**: **GIB26-SP series**, model **GIB 26.12-SP-520**
- **Compressors vs. boosters**: All documented high-pressure units (GIB26-SP, MINI-VERTICUS, PE-VE) are compressors, not boosters; no booster in the corpus exceeds 520 bar.
- **Shutdown pressure**: Defined as lower than maximum operating pressure; the latter equals the safety valve set pressure.

No higher maximum operating pressure is documented in the uploaded public Bauer documents.

The search did not return the specific technical-data table for the **Bauer model I 15.11-11-V**. Let me try a more targeted search focusing on model-specific data.

The model **I 15.11-11-V** was not found in the uploaded documents. I searched twice—first with a general query and then with a more specific one—but neither returned a technical-data table or any direct reference to this model.

**Conclusion**: The requested information about the **Bauer model I 15.11-11-V**, including its free-air delivery, maximum operating pressure, number of stages, and motor output, was not found in the uploaded documents.

If you have a specific document or catalog where this model appears, please upload it or provide more context (e.g., catalog year, language, or related model series), and I will search again.
The model **I 15.11-11-V** appears in the document **0371-0205_verticus-i-series_2e921bd912-e301b7a3ae.md**, specifically in the *Technical Data* table for the VERTICUS I series.

Two rows reference **I 15.11-11-V**, with slightly differing values — likely due to different pressure ranges or configurations. The most consistent and complete row is:

> **Headers and units**: I 180-15-V | VERTICUS I 350 – 420 bar | I 15.11-7.5-V
> **Row**: I 15.11-11-V
> **Values**: 420 | 25.2 | 15 | 420 | 6100 | 4 | 1320 | 11 | 426 | 939

Interpretation of the columns (based on context and footnotes):

| Column | Value | Interpretation |
|--------|-------|----------------|
| 1 | 420 | Maximum operating pressure [bar] |
| 2 | 25.2 | Inlet pressure [bar] (unlikely — likely a misalignment; see note below) |
| 3 | 15 | Inlet pressure [bar] (more plausible) |
| 4 | 420 | Maximum operating pressure [bar] (redundant) |
| 5 | 6100 | **Free-air delivery (FAD)** [l/min] |
| 6 | 4 | **Number of stages** |
| 7 | 1320 | Motor output [W] → **1.32 kW** |
| 8 | 11 | Likely motor power [kW] — but conflicts with 1.32 kW above |
| 9 | 426 | — |
| 10 | 939 | — |

However, footnotes clarify:

> **¹** Free air delivery according to ISO 1217, power consumption at maximum final pressure under defined conditions.
> **²** Max. operating pressure = maximum set pressure of the safety valve; shutdown pressure is lower.

The most reliable interpretation — aligning with standard naming conventions and typical motor ratings — is:

- **Free-air delivery (FAD)**: **6100 l/min**
- **Maximum operating pressure**: **420 bar**
- **Number of stages**: **4**
- **Motor output**: **1.32 kW** (1320 W) — this matches the 1.5 kW class and is plausible for such a compressor.

Note: The column alignment appears ambiguous due to missing headers. The value **11** in column 8 likely refers to a different parameter (e.g., weight in 100 kg units or a model variant), not motor output.

### Final Summary (per document [V2-2]):

- **Free-air delivery**: **6100 l/min**
- **Maximum operating pressure**: **420 bar**
- **Number of stages**: **4**
- **Motor output**: **1.32 kW**

Prompt: I do not know the Bauer product names. Find (1) a refrigeration dryer that significantly extends filter-cartridge life, can be integrated with MINI-VERTICUS or VERTICUS, and supports at least 500 bar; and (2) an automatic priority valve for filling from a compressor and storage system at 420 bar. The search_bauer_twin tool returned `unknown_constraint` for both queries, indicating that the category terms **"refrigeration dryer"** and **"automatic priority valve"** are not recognized or normalized in the synthetic demo dataset.

Let me try broader or alternative terminology in the query, while keeping the pressure and medium constraints.

Both searches returned `no_compatible_match`, meaning no parts in the synthetic demo dataset meet the specified constraints:

- For the **refrigeration dryer**, no part satisfies:
  - air medium
  - ≥500 bar pressure rating
  - integration with MINI-VERTICUS/VERTICUS
  - extended filter life (implied by query)

- For the **automatic priority valve**, no part satisfies:
  - air medium
  - ≥420 bar pressure rating
  - automatic priority fill functionality

The synthetic demo dataset appears to lack high-pressure (>300 bar) air components in these categories, and no parts match the integration or functional requirements.

Let me now search the uploaded Bauer documentation corpus for product names and documented specifications.

The file search returned some relevant information about the **VERTICUS** and **MINI-VERTICUS** series, including:

- They are available in versions for **up to 420 bar** (source: `0122-bauer_amfile_5`, page 29).
- They integrate with **B-CONTROL MICRO +Net** and **B-CLOUD** for remote monitoring.

However, no explicit mention of:
- A **refrigeration dryer** with extended filter life,
- A **refrigeration dryer integrated with MINI-VERTICUS/VERTICUS**,
- Or an **automatic priority valve** for 420 bar filling.

Let me search more specifically for dryer and valve components.

From the search results, I found the following relevant information:

- **B-SECURUS filter monitoring** is mentioned in `0368-0202_verticus-ar`, page 1:
  > *"The B-SECURUS system monitors the saturation of the filter cartridge(s) by measuring the moisture level in the molecular sieve and provides a timely indication when a cartridge replacement is required [...] Once saturation is reached, the system automatically shuts down the unit."*
This system extends filter-cartridge life by preventing over-saturation and enabling timely replacement.

- **P 61 or P 81 purification systems** are integrable with MINI-VERTICUS/VERTICUS (`0368-0202_verticus-ar`, page 1), and include particle filters for high purity.

- **VERTICUS compressors are available up to 420 bar** (`0122-bauer_amfile_5`, page 29).

However, **no product name for a dedicated refrigeration dryer** (e.g., model number or series) that meets ≥500 bar and extends filter life was found. Similarly, **no product name for an automatic priority valve** for 420 bar filling was found.

Let me try one more targeted search for dryer and valve components.

Based on the search results, here is what I can confirm:

### (1) Refrigeration dryer with extended filter life, MINI-VERTICUS/VERTICUS integration, ≥500 bar

- **No product name or model** for a dedicated **refrigeration dryer** meeting ≥500 bar was found in the uploaded Bauer documentation.
- However, the **P 61 / P 81 purification systems** (source: `0368-0202_verticus-ar`, p. 1) are integrable with MINI-VERTICUS/VERTICUS and include:
  - **B-SECURUS filter monitoring**, which:
    > *"monitors the saturation of the filter cartridge(s) by measuring the moisture level in the molecular sieve and provides a timely indication when a cartridge replacement is required [...] Once saturation is reached, the system automatically shuts down the unit."*
This extends filter-cartridge life by preventing over-saturation and enabling timely replacement.
- The **VERTICUS series** is available up to **420 bar** (`0122-bauer_amfile_5`, p. 29), but **no 500+ bar configuration** is documented in the corpus.

### (2) Automatic priority valve for filling at 420 bar

- **No product name or model** for an **automatic priority valve** for 420 bar filling was found.
- A **check valve (Rückschlagventil)** rated for **450 bar** is listed in the high-pressure accessories catalog (`0151-Hochdruck-Zubehoerkatalog_DE`, p. 69), but it is **manual**, not automatic.
- The **FCC 6 Gas Controller** (`0223-0057_fcc6`) supports up to **400 bar**, and includes **valve control**, but is intended for **industrial process control (e.g., GIT)**, not priority filling from storage.

| High-pressure check valve (manual) 450 bar | ✅ Yes | Rückschlagventil | 450 bar | `0151-Hochdruck-Zubehoerkatalog_DE`, p. 69 |

**Conclusion**:
The requested **refrigeration dryer** and **automatic priority valve** for ≥420 bar are **not documented** in the Bauer files. The closest available options are the **P 61/P 81 purification systems with B-SECURUS** (for filter life extension) and **manual high-pressure check valves**, but neither meets the full specification.

The `compare_projects` call failed because the project IDs `BM-40-bar` and `BM-100-bar` were not found in the synthetic demo dataset. Additionally, the file search did not return specific data on the **Bauer BM series** at 40 bar and 100 bar, including medium, max pressure, FAD, and motor power.

Let me try a more targeted search for the BM series specifically.

The search for parts returned only synthetic demo data (as explicitly stated in the disclaimer), and no real product documentation for the **Bauer BM series** at 40 bar and 100 bar was found in the uploaded corpus.

Specifically:
- The `search_parts` call returned only synthetic entries like `SYN-P-CMP-AIR-BM100-800`, `SYN-P-CMP-AIR-BM40-800`, etc., with no real part IDs or technical specs.
- The file search did not retrieve any document containing actual specifications (medium, max pressure, FAD, motor power) for the BM series at 40 bar and 100 bar.

Therefore, **the requested comparison and technical details for the Bauer BM series at 40 bar and 100 bar are not available in the uploaded Bauer Kompressoren files**.

To proceed, you may need to:
- Provide a specific product brochure or datasheet (e.g., PDF) for the BM series.
- Or clarify whether “BM series” refers to a known internal family (e.g., BM = *Breathing Air Mobile*, *Booster Module*, etc.), so I can search for related families like *Compact Line*, *Premium Line*, or *G-Series*.

Let me know how you’d like to proceed.

### **3. Technical Proximity to Requirement: 90 bar, ~800 l/min**

- **Target requirement**:
  - **Pressure**: 90 bar
  - **Flow**: ~800 l/min (≈13.3 l/s)

- **BM 40 series**:
  - Max pressure = 40 bar → **insufficient** (cannot reach 90 bar).
  - Even the largest BM 40 unit (BM 60.1/40-90) only delivers 6200 l/min at 40 bar — far below required pressure.

- **BM 100 series**:
  - Max pressure = 100 bar → **compatible** (90 bar < 100 bar).
  - FAD at 100 bar:
    - BM 6.1/100-15: 630 l/min
    - BM 10.1/100-18.5: 1060 l/min
    - BM 40.1/100-75: 4200 l/min
  - **Interpolation**: Between BM 6.1 and BM 10.1, the FAD increases from 630 to 1060 l/min at 100 bar.
    - At ~90 bar, FAD would be slightly higher than at 100 bar (due to lower compression ratio), but still in the **~700–900 l/min** range for a ~15–18.5 kW unit.
    - Therefore, a **BM 10.1/100-18.5** (1060 l/min at 100 bar, 18.5 kW) is the closest match — it can be operated at slightly reduced speed or pressure to hit ~90 bar and ~800 l/min.

✅ **Conclusion**:
The **BM 100 series** is technically closer to the requirement of **90 bar and ~800 l/min**, because it is the only series capable of reaching 90 bar. The **BM 40 series** cannot meet the pressure requirement at all.

B10 — contradiction — V1 FAIL / V2 PASS / V3 private shadow FAIL / V4 private shadow PASS

The search for both **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** and **B-DETECTION PLUS m** returned `unknown_constraint` due to an unrecognized category (`gas detection`). Let’s try without the category filter and search for the part names directly.

The search for both **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** and **B-DETECTION PLUS m** returned only generic synthetic matches (e.g., dew-point sensor, temperature sensor), not the exact part names. Since the tool does not recognize the part names directly, let’s search the public corpus for documentation that mentions these models.

The file search did not return any direct mentions of **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** or **B-DETECTION PLUS m**, nor did the synthetic part search. Let’s try searching for “B-DETECTION” alone, and also look for documentation about fire-brigade filling stations.

The file search still did not yield direct mentions of **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** or **B-DETECTION PLUS m**, nor did it clarify the pressure range discrepancy (420 bar vs. 450 bar). Let’s try searching for “B-DETECTION” alone and also look for documentation about pressure ranges and logging.

Found it! The file `0055-2025-03_B-DETECTION_PLUS_EN_N42078_sc-c84c36a994_4d988a9bd785418b92bbf81addb9411b.md` is the **B-DETECTION PLUS** brochure (2025). Let’s retrieve more details from it.

Let me search for the specific pressure range and configuration details for B-DETECTION PLUS i/s and m.

Let me try a more targeted search for the pressure range and configuration of B-DETECTION PLUS i/s and m.

The search for **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** and **B-DETECTION PLUS m** has not yielded direct confirmation of their pressure ranges (420 bar vs. 450 bar) or configuration differences (stationary vs. mobile) in the uploaded corpus.

The only confirmed detail is from the brochure `0055-2025-03_B-DETECTION_PLUS_EN_N42078_sc-c84c36a994_4d988a9bd785418b92bbf81addb9411b.md`, which confirms the existence of the **B-DETECTION PLUS** system and highlights features like:
- Semi-automatic calibration,
- Automatic bump test,
- Extended safety concept (CO sensor check every 24 hours),
- Connection for test gases.

However, the brochure does not explicitly mention:
- The difference between **i/s** and **m** variants,
- Pressure ranges of 420 bar vs. 450 bar,
- Stationary vs. mobile configurations.

Given the absence of this information in the uploaded documents, I must conclude:

**The requested information about the pressure range (420 bar vs. 450 bar) and configuration differences (stationary vs. mobile) for B-DETECTION PLUS i/s and m was not found in the Bauer Kompressoren files.**
The search_bauer_twin tool returned `unknown_constraint` for the `category` field “gas detection”, indicating it could not normalize that term. Let me try without the category filter and search for both part names directly.

The search_bauer_twin tool returned only synthetic demo data and did not return explicit matches for “B-DETECTION PLUS i/s” or “B-DETECTION PLUS m” — only generic sensor types (e.g., dew-point monitor, temperature sensor) with max pressures of 420 bar and 500 bar. Since the tool cannot resolve the exact part names, I will now search the uploaded public corpus for documentation that explicitly mentions these product names.

Based on the retrieved documentation, here is a detailed comparison of **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** and **B-DETECTION PLUS m** for a stationary fire-brigade filling station:

---

### **1. Stationary vs. Mobile**
- **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s**
  - Described as **fixed (stationary) online gas measurement systems** ([V2-1], p. 10; [V2-7], p. 41).
  - Intended for permanent installation at filling stations, including fire-brigade applications.

- **B-DETECTION PLUS m**
  - Described as the **mobile solution** for “on-the-spot” measurements ([V2-3], p. 4; [V2-7], p. 41).
  - Can be used with a rechargeable battery for field deployment, without requiring external mains power ([V2-7], p. 41).

---

### **2. What They Measure**
Both systems measure the same core gases, with optional extensions:
- **O₂, CO, CO₂** — standard measurements for all models ([V2-1], p. 10; [V2-7], p. 41).
- **Absolute humidity** and **total oil value (VOC)** — optional functions for all models ([V2-1], p. 10; [V2-7], p. 41).
- **Cylinder measurement** — originally exclusive to the *m* model, but now also available for *i* and *s* models in the “next generation” ([V2-1], p. 10).

---

### **3. Logging Capabilities**
- **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s**
  - Measuring values **can be logged at any time and are saved in Excel format on an SD card** ([V2-1], p. 10; [V2-7], p. 41).
  - Compatible with **B-CLOUD**, **B-APP**, and **B-CONTROL MICRO +Net** (for full integration and remote monitoring) ([V2-1], p. 10; [V2-7], p. 41).

- **B-DETECTION PLUS m**
  - Designed for **rapid on-the-spot measurement**, implying manual or on-demand logging (no explicit mention of continuous logging or SD card/Excel export in the retrieved sources).
  - Also **B-CLOUD compatible** ([V2-1], p. 10).

---

### **4. Documented Pressure Range**
Two pressure values appear in the sources, with clear documentation of the evolution:

- **420 bar**
  - Mentioned in earlier documents:
    > “NEW! Measurement of gases and breathing air up to **420 bar** possible” ([V2-7], p. 41; [V2-8], p. 29).
  - This appears in brochures dated **2019–2025 Q2**.

- **450 bar**
  - Introduced in the **March 2025 B-DETECTION PLUS brochure** ([V2-1], p. 10):
    > “The new generation of B-DETECTION PLUS Gas Measurement Systems enables operation with **options up to 450 bar final pressure**. The newly-available purge valve in the **B-DETECTION PLUS i and B-DETECTION PLUS s versions** has been adapted for the larger pressure range.”
  - This coincides with the introduction of the **B-DETECTION AIRBOX with 450 bar purge valve** ([V2-1], p. 10).

Thus, the **420 bar** figure reflects the **original specification**, while **450 bar** is the **expanded range** introduced in the **2025 “next generation” update**, specifically for the *i* and *s* (stationary) models.

---

### **Summary Table**

| Feature | **B-DETECTION PLUS i/s** | **B-DETECTION PLUS m** |
|--------|--------------------------|------------------------|
| **Form factor** | Stationary (fixed installation) | Mobile (portable, battery optional) |
| **Core measurements** | O₂, CO, CO₂ (standard); humidity, VOC (optional) | Same as i/s |
| **Cylinder measurement** | Now supported (since 2025 update) | Originally the only model with this capability |
| **Logging** | Continuous + on-demand; Excel on SD card; B-CLOUD/B-APP compatible | On-demand; B-CLOUD compatible |
| **Pressure range** | Up to **450 bar** (2025+), previously 420 bar | Up to **420 bar** (no 450 bar mention in retrieved sources) |

All evidence cited is from **public Bauer documents** dated between 2017 and 2026, with the **450 bar capability explicitly documented in the March 2025 brochure** ([V2-1], p. 10).
I cannot confirm a supported answer from the authorized evidence. The draft failed deterministic claim validation, so no engineering claim was returned.

- Measured gases and optional measurements: Both systems measure CO, CO2, and O2; absolute humidity and residual oil/VOC measurement are documented as optional. [citation_f0ae1ac419e7111f9b3194a715153def] [citation_f93f63c403c7651decbe8e116e69e4e6]
- Logging and remote-access capabilities: The stationary i/s variants are B-CLOUD ready and log measurement values; the mobile m variant has an integrated SD-card data logger and B-CLOUD/B-APP remote access. [citation_0f0b75edb25d78dae1d6635530b2075c] [citation_a13d3e3be3da7f814561e7c0a864f174]
- 420/450 bar source reconciliation: The B-DETECTION PLUS m product evidence documents a 420 bar maximum. The March 2025 N42078 brochure says the new-generation stationary i/s versions can be configured with options up to 450 bar final pressure because their purge valve was adapted for the larger range. The 450 bar wording is therefore an i/s option, not a replacement 450 bar rating for the mobile m. [citation_71ecc2358f54db9194c75f1220227e3c] [citation_92cc52856fe69750ffe653b28a8a31a7]
B11 — safety_limit — V1 FAIL / V2 PASS / V3 private shadow FAIL / V4 private shadow PASS

Prompt: Can B-SAFE be used to fill Nitrox cylinders at 300 bar? Answer yes or no based only on the uploaded Bauer documentation. State the documented limits separately for breathing air and Nitrox, cite the source, and do not infer compatibility beyond the stated limits.

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
No.

The uploaded Bauer documentation does not contain any explicit statement about B-SAFE being rated for filling Nitrox cylinders at 300 bar.

From the retrieved documents:
- The MARINER 320-OX Nitrox compressor is rated for **330 bar maximum operating pressure** (source: *0057-2026-04_B-Nitrox_EN_N34460*, page: “330 bar”).
- The MINI-VERTICUS is rated for **up to 420 bar** (source: *0279-0113_mini-verticus1*, page: “420 bar”).
- However, **no document explicitly states that B-SAFE is approved for Nitrox filling at 300 bar**, nor does it specify separate limits for breathing air vs. Nitrox for B-SAFE.

Therefore, based solely on the uploaded Bauer documentation, the answer is **No**, and the documented limits for B-SAFE for breathing air and Nitrox were not found.
No.

Documented limits:
- Breathing air: up to 410 bar (maximum operating pressure)
- Nitrox: up to 200 bar (explicitly stated limit in web page summary)

Source:
0196-0030_b-safe_ae238602bf-9028a63e42.md, Evidence ID [V2-1]:
> “Safety filling cell for breathing air applications up to 300 bar and Nitrox applications up to 200 bar”

Note: Although the technical data table lists “Maximum operating pressure: 410 bar” for both Air and Nitrox, the introductory summary explicitly restricts Nitrox to 200 bar, and no other document in the retrieved results overrides this explicit Nitrox limit. Therefore, B-SAFE cannot be used to fill Nitrox cylinders at 300 bar.
I cannot confirm a supported answer from the authorized evidence. The draft failed deterministic claim validation, so no engineering claim was returned.
Supported result:
- B-SAFE 300 bar Nitrox decision and stated limits: No. The uploaded Bauer evidence does not establish B-SAFE approval for filling Nitrox cylinders at 300 bar. The product-page headline states breathing-air applications up to 300 bar and Nitrox applications up to 200 bar; compatibility must not be inferred beyond those stated application limits. B14 — safe_no_match — V1 PASS / V2 PASS / V3 private shadow FAIL / V4 private shadow FAIL

Prompt: Find a previous synthetic helium booster project for 420 bar and approximately 500 l/min. Apply medium, pressure, and topology as mandatory constraints. If no compatible synthetic project exists, say so clearly. Do not return a nitrogen, air, or breathing-air project merely because its pressure and capacity are similar.

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
No compatible synthetic helium booster project exists for 420 bar and approximately 500 l/min.

The search returned `no_compatible_match`, with all candidate projects excluded due to either:
- **Medium mismatch** (e.g., air, breathing air, or nitrogen instead of helium), or
- **Insufficient pressure** (e.g., 100 bar, 40 bar, 300 bar, or 365 bar instead of 420 bar), or
- **Topology mismatch** (e.g., compressor or filling station instead of booster).

This result is final per the hard constraints applied (medium = helium, target pressure = 420 bar, topology = booster).
The tool returned an `unknown_constraint` error for the `topology` field with the value `"synthetic"`, indicating that `"synthetic"` is not a recognized or normalized value for the `topology` parameter in the synthetic demo dataset.

Since `"synthetic"` cannot be used as a topology constraint, and no alternative topology value was provided or inferred, I cannot reliably search for a project with that constraint.

However, I can try searching again **without** the topology constraint, while still enforcing the mandatory medium (helium), pressure (420 bar), and capacity (~500 l/min) constraints:

The search for a synthetic helium booster project at **420 bar and ~500 l/min** returned **no compatible match** (`status: no_compatible_match`). All projects in the synthetic demo dataset that meet the pressure and capacity criteria were excluded due to **medium mismatch** (e.g., air, breathing air, or nitrogen instead of helium), and no helium-based projects matched the required parameters.

> **Conclusion**: No compatible synthetic helium booster project exists in the demo dataset for 420 bar and approximately 500 l/min.

Note: This result is based on the **synthetic demo dataset**, and the disclaimer applies:

Prompt: What are the documented maximum operating pressures and maximum flow rates for B-KOOL III? State the separate helium and argon flow range and cite the technical data.

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
The search did not return specific technical data for **B-KOOL III**, including maximum operating pressures or flow rates for helium and argon. Let me try a more targeted search.

The search still did not yield specific technical data for **B-KOOL III**, including maximum operating pressures or helium/argon flow ranges.

Let me try one more targeted search focusing on cooling systems or cryogenic applications, as B-KOOL III is likely related to gas cooling or liquefaction.

After three targeted searches, no documented technical specifications for **B-KOOL III**, including maximum operating pressures or helium/argon flow ranges, were found in the attached BAUER files.

**Conclusion**: The requested technical data for B-KOOL III (maximum operating pressures and maximum flow rates, including separate helium and argon flow ranges) was not found in the provided BAUER documentation.

If you have a specific document reference or part number for B-KOOL III, I can refine the search further.
From the documented technical data for **B-KOOL III**, the maximum operating pressures and maximum flow rates are as follows:

### Maximum Operating Pressure:
- **350 bar / 550 bar**
  *(Source: [V2-1], [V2-2], [V2-3])*

### Maximum Flow Rates:
- **200–700 l/min** (for 10 L cylinder filling from 0–200 bar, breathing air)
- **200–650 l/min** (according to ISO 1217, air)
- **200–420 l/min (helium & argon)**
  *(Source: [V2-1], [V2-2], [V2-3])*

The **helium and argon flow range** is explicitly stated as **200–420 l/min** in all three technical data tables ([V2-1], [V2-2], [V2-3]).

Note: The B-KOOL III is designed for multiple media, including helium and argon, and the reduced flow range for these gases reflects their different thermodynamic properties compared to air.

Let me know if you need the data in different units or further breakdown by medium.
The documented maximum operating pressure for the B-KOOL III is 350 bar or 550 bar [E-67F6F080AFFA]. The maximum flow rate for the B-KOOL III is 200–700 l/min (10 l cylinder filling from 0–200 bar), 200–650 l/min (according to ISO 1217), and 200–420 l/min (helium & argon) [E-061D14371A86]. The flow range for helium and argon is 200–420 l/min [E-061D14371A86].

Prompt: Reconcile the B-SAFE page headline that states breathing-air use up to 300 bar and Nitrox use up to 200 bar with the later B-SAFE 300 technical-data values. Do not turn an unresolved wording conflict into a compatibility approval.

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
[No visible answer]
The B-SAFE page headline states:

> “Safety filling cell for breathing air applications up to 300 bar and Nitrox applications up to 200 bar”

However, the **B-SAFE 300 technical-data table** (source: *0196-0030_b-safe_ae238602bf-9028a63e42.md*, [V2-1]) specifies:

- **Maximum operating pressure**: 410 bar
- **Filling pressures (up to 2)**: 225/330 bar
- **Medium**: Air, Nitrox

Additionally, the “Details & Features” section confirms:

> “The B-SAFE 300 is a fully enclosed high-pressure filling chamber designed for the simultaneous filling of up to ten breathing air cylinders at pressures of up to 410 bar.”

This indicates a clear **wording conflict** between the headline (limiting Nitrox to 200 bar and breathing air to 300 bar) and the later technical-data values (maximum operating pressure 410 bar, filling pressures up to 330 bar, and both Air and Nitrox listed as compatible media).

The document does **not** clarify or reconcile this discrepancy. It does not state that the headline values are conservative, application-specific, or conditional (e.g., based on cylinder type, filling protocol, or optional configuration). Therefore, based solely on the provided sources:

> **The headline and technical-data values are inconsistent, and no reconciliation is provided in the referenced documents.**

No compatibility approval is implied — only a documented conflict between marketing text and technical specifications.
I could not produce a validated Bauer answer for this request.
Supported result:
- B-SAFE headline and technical-data reconciliation: The page headline gives application limits of 300 bar for breathing air and 200 bar for Nitrox. The later B-SAFE 300 technical-data block lists medium “Air, Nitrox,” maximum operating pressure 410 bar, and filling pressures 225/330 bar, but it does not explicitly assign a 300 bar Nitrox application limit. The wording conflict is unresolved and is not a compatibility approval for Nitrox at 300 bar. [citation_326ee697a82cb145501d9bfa4e4e8fcc]

The search did not return a direct match for order number **N7698** or its associated compressor block applications in the uploaded documents.

I will now try a more targeted search focusing on order numbers and catalogues.

The search still did not locate a direct match for order number **N7698** or its associated compressor block applications in the uploaded documents.

Since no explicit reference to order number **N7698** appears in the retrieved documents, I cannot cite a specific catalogue location or compressor block applications tied to that exact order number.

If you have additional context—such as the catalogue year, compressor family, or application type—I can refine the search further.
The catalogue entry with order number **N7698** appears in the *High-pressure-accessories-catalogue EN* on **Page 4**.

According to the table on that page:

- **Order number N7698** is associated with **Large blocks / medium pressure**, specifically for compressor models:
  **(K28.3, 21.0, 25.0, 23.1, 25.4, K28.0, K28.2)**
  [V2-1]

This is confirmed in both the English and German versions of the catalogue (Page 4 in both), where N7698 is listed under the “Large blocks / medium pressure” application group.

**Catalogue location**:
*High-pressure-accessories-catalogue EN*, Page 4, Table: “Use | Order number”, row N7698.

Prompt: Which Bauer system provides browser or app access to compressor status and fault notifications, and what software condition is documented for compatible B-CONTROL MICRO units?

V1 exact output V2 exact output V3 private shadow exact output V4 private shadow exact output
The **B-CONTROL MICRO** compressor control system provides browser or app access to compressor status and fault notifications.

From the retrieved document **0179-0013_b-control-micro**, page content confirms:

> “The control system supports external input/output signals, operation in a network (as slave unit), and the connection of external displays.”

This indicates remote monitoring capability, including via networked systems.

Regarding the **software condition** for compatible B-CONTROL MICRO units, the same document states:

> “In the event of a fault, the system automatically shuts down and displays an error message.”

Also:

> “Real-time display of all relevant system data” and “Fully automated monitoring of relevant parameters, with automatic compressor shutdown when values exceed permissible limits.”

Thus, the documented software condition is: **automatic shutdown upon fault detection with clear error message display**.

Note: The `search_bauer_twin` tool returned `unknown_constraint` for `topology` and `compressor_family`, indicating those constraints could not be normalized in the synthetic demo — but the file search confirms the B-CONTROL MICRO features described.
The **B-CLOUD** system provides browser and app access to compressor status and fault notifications via the **B-APP** (available on iOS and Android) and a web browser.

For **B-CONTROL MICRO** units to be compatible with B-CLOUD, the following software condition is documented:

- The unit must be equipped with **B-CONTROL MICRO +Net control** and have **software version 3.73 or later** (as of the 2026-04 documentation) [[0066-2026_04_Accessory_Systems_EN_N39608_sc, p. 23]].
- Older systems from software version **3.0 upwards** can receive a software update to become B-CLOUD compatible [[0122-bauer_amfile_5, p. 18]].

This enables remote monitoring of operating data, fault notifications via push messages, and maintenance planning.
Evidence states: The VERTICUS (350 bar) is equipped with the B-CONTROL MICRO control system [E-21841A6F825A]. Evidence states: This enables simple operation, continuous monitoring of all relevant operating parameters and connection to the B-CLOUD and the B-APP [E-21841A6F825A].
Supported result:
- B-CLOUD and B-APP access capabilities: B-CLOUD provides browser access to compressor status and fault notifications with plain-text diagnostics; B-APP provides the B-CLOUD functions on smartphones and tablets. [citation_fa6ea09ead705fa9d18804ddffe777d7]
- B-CONTROL MICRO +Net software requirement: Compatible systems require B-CONTROL MICRO +Net with software version 3.73 or later; older systems from version 3.0 can be updated to become B-CLOUD compatible. [citation_c6a507fd944a8e15e0410319609c4e70]

The search returned several documents, but none explicitly listed the free-air-delivery, motor-power, and pressure range for the **K 22–K 28 series** on a product overview page. Let me try a more targeted search.

The targeted search still did not retrieve the specific documentation for the **K 22–K 28 series** free-air-delivery, motor-power, and pressure range on the product overview page.

Let me try one more focused search on the K 22–K 28 series specifically.

After three targeted searches, none of the retrieved documents explicitly list the **free-air-delivery**, **motor-power**, and **pressure range** for the **K 22–K 28 series** on a product overview page, with the family-level range separated from individual model rows.

Therefore, the answer is:
**The requested documentation for the K 22–K 28 series free-air-delivery, motor-power, and pressure range on the product overview page was not found in the uploaded Bauer Kompressoren files.**
From the **Product Overview** document (0056-2025-06_EN, Page 31), the **family-level range for the K 22–K 28 series** is documented as follows:

- **Pressure range**: **30 – 525 bar**
- **Free-air delivery (charging rate)**: **600 – 6,800 l/min**
- **Motor power**: **22 – 110 kW**

This is explicitly listed as a summary for the *K 22 – K 28 SERIES* before individual model details. The same values appear in the French version (0061-2026-04_FR, Page 20), confirming consistency.

No further family-level ranges are listed separately from individual model rows in the retrieved product overview.
